Ella is a party animal and I love to decorate. I will make any excuse to throw a party. This is a quick and easy party that you can recreate. If not Bijou Bella Events is available to assist. Most of my decorations are from Target (you know my second home) and so are the cupcakes and cookies. SHHHH, Ella totally thinks her mom can bake.
