MY CREW REACTION WHEN I TOLD THEM IT’S TIME FOR SCHOOL
Back-to-School has arrived and I am already losing my mind. Ella starts 1st grade in two weeks and looking at her school calendar has made me cringe a little. Who knew 1st grade is so demanding? Between 1st grade, a new pre-schooler, gymnastics, and a long list of after-school activities I am overwhelmed. It is so nice to have Fabkids relieve the stress of back to school shopping. Fabkids is a subscription-based serviced. You can decide to shop anytime or skip a month. I am familiar with this because I am a Fabletics (sister company) VIP too. You can read more about the membership to Fabkids here.
When you enroll you create a style preference sheet for their stylist to create outfits based on your child’s personality. The style sheet also gives you a unique selection of outfits for you to select that closely fits your child needs. Ella and I enjoyed this part. I must admit, this girl is a tomboy one day and the next day she is ready for tea with the princess.
Once you create an account you get exclusive VIP offers that include free shipping and 50% off your first outfit. It was nice to see that once we started to shop that you are still able to see everything they offer. So don’t stress over the style quiz.
Fabkids offer boy and girl styles and this is great for me, I get to stay home and shop instead of loading all of the kids in the car to go to the store. The fit is true to size and I used the sizing guide to help me. I like a looser fit in tops and jackets so I sized up and kept the pants the recommended size. Jax is wearing an extra small in pants and his jacket and shirt is a size small.
Shopping couldn’t be easier with Fabkids because they offer shoes and accessories that match every outfit. I am not a fan of purchasing shoes for a single outfit but the prices are reasonable and they are too cute to resist. Knowing that you are rewarded with points that can go towards future purchases helps too. Take a second to check out the details on Jax outfit. Those shoes match perfectly with that jacket. It is no way you could leave them behind.
The girls’ outfits are filled with just as many details too. Rosies outfit is too cute for words. I love her metallic leggings and we need them in every color. Ella is a big fan of emoji’s and we are loving the graphics on her dress. I was a little scared of the slits in her leggings but she loved them. Ahhhh! ADORBS.
The kids may not be ready for school but they are excited about their clothes from Fabkids. The little kids even dress their selves. Having clothes that they love makes my life easier. Mornings are on schedule and we have fewer meltdowns and more smiles. Are you prepared for back-to-school, let me know in the comments and enjoy the rest of the photos.
Real Life, Always.
